Pneumatic Control Mechanism

The JG-35 system utilizes advanced pneumatic control with two independently stress-balanced, fully adjustable welding heads. When electrode heights or battery strip tolerances vary slightly, the dual electrodes maintain balanced force, guaranteeing uniform weld penetration and superior weld consistency.
