Key Functional Features

Dual-Pulse Discharge & Spatter Elimination

Offers single or dual-pulse operation mode. The initial pulse conditions the surface, while the secondary pulse executes the weld—effectively eliminating metal spatter and significantly improving join quality, particularly on plated or coated materials.

4 Versatile Operational Modes

Supports (a) Basic Spot Welding, (b) Dual-Pulse Welding, (c) Roll Spot/Seam Welding, and (d) Repeat Spot Welding. Internal high-speed relays allow separate pulse width and polarity assignment across all stored programs.

Program Memory & Sequential Chaining

Stores up to 128 unique welding programs. Supports sequence chaining of up to 127 programs in user-defined order. Includes 7 single-pole input lines for remote program selection (#1~#127), charge/discharge inhibit controls, and emergency stop triggers.

Hardware Auto-Recognition & Dual Head Drive

Automatically detects attached welding heads (pneumatic or manual) and foot switch types (1-stage or 2-stage). Dual 24VAC valve driver actuators allow controlling one or two heads firing in sequence.

Programmable Status Output Relays

Two output relays (up to 250mA) provide real-time status signals to automation systems or drive secondary air heads. Features an interactive "User-Assistant" display serving as an on-screen guided manual.

01	Advanced Firing & RFI Filtering Supports single/double pole or optical pressure switches. Built-in RFI filters prevent false triggering from radio frequency interference. Programmable debouncing (0, 10, 20, 80 ms) prevents switch chatter errors.
02	Voltage Regulation & Discharge Lockout Capacitor voltage is regulated within ±0.25% despite grid input variations of ±13%. Firing lockout during charging/dumping prevents improper discharge and poor weld quality.
03	Foot Switch Abort & Line Fault Safety Releasing the foot switch early interrupts weld execution immediately. Sudden AC power loss triggers automatic internal energy dump circuits to safely drain stored voltage.
